COVENANT HOUSE

I had the opportunity to design a non-profit organization, Covenant House. We believe that our environment should reflect our commitment to social responsibility and the well-being of our community. Our new office design embodies this ethos through a focus on sustainability, collaboration, and comfort. Our design objectives include; sustainability, biophilic design, flexibility and collaboration, and comfort and safety. To achieve these goals, our design features include; an open layout that promotes collaboration and adaptability. Natural elements, such as living walls and reclaimed materials, create an inviting atmosphere. Community spaces for informal gatherings, enhancing social interaction. Wellness zones are designed for relaxation and mindfulness. Sustainable materials that improve air quality and align with LEED and WELL standards. Technology integration for smart energy use and connectivity. Art and identity elements that reflect our mission and celebrate local talent.

Together, these features create and vibrant, sustainable workspace that not only meets the needs of our dedicated staff and volunteers but also inspires them to continue our vital mission of serving the community.
